CMR - POOL CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE CONTRACT

Dear Prospective Quoter:

SUBJECT: Solicitation Number 19DJ1025Q0003- CMR Swimming Cleaning contract. The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a quotation for CMR Swimming Cleaning contract. If you would like to submit quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter.

The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation conference and visit at the site on June 15, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the CMR at Heron and all prospective offerors who are interested in this project should contact the embassy procurement team at djiboutiprocbids@state.gov by COB June 12, 2025, at 14:00 p.m. for additional information or to arrange entry to the building. See Section 3 of the attached Request for Quotations (RFQ).

Your quotation must be submitted by email to djiboutiprocbids@state.gov on or before June 22, 2025, at 16:30 p.m. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Submitted quotations, including price, must be valid for no less than four months from Government receipt of quotation. Proposals must be English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted. In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:

SF-1449 Section 1, Pricing Section 5, Representations and Certifications and ensure compliance with FAR 52.229-11 is completed with IRS Form W-14 found at www.irs.goc/w14 Additional information as required in Section 3 Direct any questions regarding this solicitation to djiboutiprocurement@state.gov by email during regular business hours.
