Mailroom Diplomatic pouch and mail shipping services

The Embasy of the United States of America in Brazzaville is looking for a contractor to ship their diplomatic pouch/mail to Washington Dulles airport. Diplomatic Pouch may be brought to Contractor once or twice a month ( depending on the load and flight schedule departure date) in sealed bags. The shipment shall reach Dulles airport , in the next 48 hours with no more than two stops. An air Waybill shall be provided to the Embassy as soon as possible, no later than 2 Hours after flight departure
