This justification is initiated because inclusion of a new paragraph B.4.1.1 on economic price adjustment for peace corps rider is proposed into the original contract 19CB6023D0027. The Embassy agreed with the contractor’s proposal to modify the economic price adjustment in paragraph B.4.1 that will add B.4.1.1. Economic Price Adjustment for Peace Corps Rider below B.4.1 Premium Adjustment Based on Experience. That way, economic price adjustment shall be permitted to adjust the premiums charged on the Peace Corps rider, in accordance with the requirements of B.4.1, and all provisions of B.4.1 shall apply. More details provided in the attached Justification document.
