SOLAR PV PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICES

The U.S. Embassy in Bujumbura, Burundi, requires preventive maintenance services for the facility’s Photovoltaic (PV) System, including solar modules, inverters, DC disconnects and panels, control systems, monitoring equipment, combiner boxes, and fuses. The purpose of these services is to ensure that all components covered under this agreement are properly inspected, tested, serviced, and maintained in good operational condition, thereby supporting reliable and efficient system performance.

Detailed requirements, specifications, and performance standards are provided in the attached solicitation document, which incorporates the Statement of Work (SOW). This solicitation is hereby amended to extend the offer due date and to provide responses to questions submitted by potential offerors (attached). All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. The new offer due date is August 18, 2026.
