NEC EXTERIOR FACADE & WINDOWS CLEANING

Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Exterior Façade and Windows Cleaning. Brick and Tile façade should be washed twice a year to maintain finish warranty compliance. Both painted and anodized surfaces, exposed to the atmosphere, collect soil and dirt, the amount of which may vary depending on geographic area, environmental conditions, finish, and location on the building.Metal seams, crevices, sills, and any other area that may trap water, cleaner or dirt must be cleaned and thoroughly dried.
