US Consulate Sao Paulo - Brazil - Purchase of two Official Vehicles (Readvertisement)

The United States State Department has a requirement for contractors to provide two (02) Jeep Commander, Toyota SW4, Chevrolet TrailBlazer or similar vehicle (excepting Chinese Brands). You are invited to submit a quotation. Scope or Supplies attached Payment method: EFT - Electronic Funds Transfer - Net 30 days after the delivery of vehicle.

Important Note: The government will not handle any import procedures for the vehicle. Interested parties must have an active SAM registration and provide their Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) along with their expression of interest. The State Department plans to award a Purchase Order. You are encouraged to make your quotation competitive. You are also cautioned against any collusion with other potential offerors with regard to price quotations.

This announcement does not commit the State Department to make any award. The State Department reserves the right to change or cancel this announcement, or any part of it, without notice. If you or your firm are interested in participating in this process, and to receive a copy of the requirements, you must send an email message to SaoPauloProcurement@State.gov with the title "RFQ - 19BR9326Q0018” no later than 15 calendar days after this announcement is posted online. Please see attached the RFQ. Upon receipt of the requirements, please read it carefully, and if interested, submit your quotation. Oral quotations will not be accepted.
