Enclosed is a Request for Proposals (RFQ) for vehicle acquisition for the U.S. Embassy in Brasilia, Brazil. If your company is interested in participating in this process, please review the additional information in the SOW, and/or contact Ms. Luciana Lima at BrasiliaGSOProcurementDL@state.gov to receive more details.

Submission Details: Quotations will be accepted until August 31st, 2024. Oral quotations will not be accepted.

Important Notice: Offerors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at SAM.gov prior to the submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Failure to be registered at the time of proposal submission may result in the offeror’s proposal being considered non-responsible, and no further consideration will be given.
