Notice of Intent to Sole Source

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT for the Government to award on a Sole Source basis contract #19BN1525P0410 to IFMA- INSTITUT DES FILLES MARIE AUXILATRICE for provision of approximately 600 maternal kits at U.S. Embassy Cotonou. This award will be under NAICS code 458110 and is being issued under the authority of FAR 13.106-(b)(1). The contract shall be for a period of 30 days to allow time for the vendor to provide the items.

This will be a sole source requirement in accordance with the authority and citation, 41 USC 253(c) (1), and Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. IFMA- INSTITUT DES FILLES MARIE AUXILATRICE is considered as the only responsible source to handle US Embassy Cotonou requirements, and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements.The services will be provided in Cotonou, Benin.

This is not a request for proposal, and the intent of this notice is to meet regulatory disclose requirements, however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement.
