The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a proposal for the repair and restoration of the brick chimney on the roof of a residence building located in the Brussels Capital Region, Belgium. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.

Scope of Work*: Paint removal, brick masonry repairs, and repainting of all four sides of the chimney. Removal of the old exhaust system and repair of the chimney/roof area where the old exhaust system was in place. Use of high-quality, first-class materials and fittings. *Detailed scope of work to be found in the RFP Site visit: A site visit is organised for this RFP and scheduled for March 4th 2025. Interested offeros must submit the registration form before noon on March 3rd 2025. VOLUME I VOLUME II SECTION A, PRICING Additional information as required in SECTION J Contract: The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract, with no adjustment for any escalation in costs or prices of labor or materials. Each offeror will be responsible for determining the amount of labor and materials that will be required to complete the project, and for pricing its proposal accordingly.

Registration Requirements: All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database (https://www.sam.gov) prior to submitting an offer, pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submission of quotations/proposals.

Electronic Submission/Responses: Your quotation must be submitted electronically to BrusselsBids@state.gov. It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size must not exceed 30MB. If the file size should exceed the 2MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 2MB each. (ex: first email ending in “part 1 of 3” and last email ending in "part 3 of 3”)
