Electrical Installation

This solicitation specification covers the electrical installation in connection of an elevator project at a USG-owned building. The work consists of, but is not limited to the following:

Installation of the elevator power supply Lighting including the associated control system for the vestibule Electric heating for the vestibule and elevator shaft, including control system Disassembly and removal of existing electrical installations next to the two windows (alarm contacts) that will be converted into elevator doors.

Reinstallation of the alarm contacts at the 2 vestibule access doors Alarm system (contingency item) Delivery, assembly and implementation of a wireless alarm system for the survey of 4 doors Workshop drawings and assembly planning of the above-mentioned installations and components Tests, commissioning and certificates, Assembly book, Electrical report. Estimated size of the project according to FAR 36.204 is between $25,000 and $100,000.
