The requirement is to Repair, renew, recondition and improve the house locatedin Vuelta de Obligado 1701/15 1A, Belgrano CABA Argentina . The anticipatedperiod of performance for this project is 240 consecutive days aft er notice toproceed. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will beconsidered. The estimated size of the project is Between $250,000 and $500,000 The Government may award the contract based on the initial off er withoutdiscussion.

The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for thisconference will be in the solicitation. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management)Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an off er pursuant to FARprovision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective off erors are encouraged to registerprior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. This opportunity is subject to 52.229-12 - Tax on Certain Foreign Procurements(FEB 2021)
