Notice of Intent to Solicit From a Single Source The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ) intends to solicit from a single source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) to V.H. Blackinton & CO., Inc., 221 John L. Dietsch Blvd. P.O. Box 1300, Attleboro Falls, MA 02763-0300 for Law Enforcement Badging services. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

The Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract deem only one source reasonably available based on the capabilities of the source. This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for quotation. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government Contracting Officer.
