Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Online Leadership Training The Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs (ICE) Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ) Dallas, TX 75063, hereby gives notice of their intent to solicit from a single source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(i) to Echelon Front, LLC. Dripping Springs, TX for online leadership training. This procurement is being conducted under FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

The contracting officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available based on the capabilities of the source. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES AND IS FOR INFORMATION ONLY. No solicitation document is available, and telephone, fax, or e-mail requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice.
