Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract

Mission and Installation Contracting Command-Joint Base Lewis- McChord intends to issue a firm-fixed price sole?source award to Fr. Alexander L. Ramos for Catholic Religious Services at Madigan Army Medical Center, JBLM The anticipated NAICS codes is 813110, Religious Organizations with a size standard of $ 3,000,000.00. The requested period of performance is 01 July 2024 to 31 March 2025. The contract place of performance is at Madigan Army Medical Center, JBLM WA.

The authority for this sole source is Federal Acquisition Regulation subpart 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Soliciting from a Single Source, which states, “For purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT), Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available.” This notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation subpart 5.101(a)(1) requiring the dissemination of information on proposed contract actions.

This is not a request for quotes, bids, or offerors and unsolicited proposals in response to this notice will not be accepted. Interested parties may identify their interest and sufficient documentation to establish a bona fide capability to fulfill the requirement.
