The United States Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is issuing a solicitation for MODULATOR ASSEMBLY. Solicitation W56HZV-24-Q-0015 will be a competitive, small-business set-aside intended to result in the award of a single Firm-Fixed Price contract for the supplies specified. This Request for Quote (RFQ) Solicitation, W56HZV-24-Q-0015, will result in a Firm Fixed-Price purchase order for the procurement of the following:

MANUFACTURER’S PART NUMBER: A59001M1 Interested Offerors shall submit a proposal no later than Monday, 06 May 2024 at 5:00 PM EST via e-mail to the Contract Specialist (diana.jones47.civ@army.mil) and cc the corresponding Contracting Officer (valencia.d.lane.civ@army.mil) with subject header: Proposal Submission- W56HZV-24-Q-0015 (Company Name). Once a proposal is received, the Contract Specialist and or the Contracting Officer will reply to the respective Offeror stating receipt of proposal submission.

CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a mailing list. The burden is therefore on any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the proposal.
