State wide Montana Courier Service

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center, 6162 S. Willow Drive, Suite 300, Greenwood Village CO 80111 intends to solicit sources to enter into a firm-fixed price Indefinite Delivery Contract to provide Courier Services for VA Montana Healthcare System at Fort Harrison, located at 3687 Veteran Drive, Fort Harrison MT 59636. Contractor shall provide Courier Services to The VA Montana Healthcare System at Fort Harrison requiring same day delivery service of small packages throughout Montana.

Fort Harrison is located five miles outside of Helena, Montana city limits. The size of the laboratory specimen boxes will average 22 by 22 square or less in size, some return boxes containing supplies may be somewhat bigger. Two to six boxes containing laboratory specimens will require transportation to the Ft. Harrison campus from each of eight (8) VA Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC s) daily, Monday through Friday. In addition, medical supplies requiring same day delivery may also be transported to Ft. Harrison from the clinic sites.
