Description

As published on SAM.gov with the combined synopsis and solicitation of August 28, 2026.

The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), Office of the Senior Procurement Executive (OSPE), on behalf of the Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA), has a need for Conference Room Renovations at the Frances Perkins Building in Washington, DC, in accordance with this Request for Proposal (RFP).

This RFP will result in a single award.

The Period of Performance shall be 180 Days After Notice to Proceed.

This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.

Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection procedures will be utilized.

Please read the RFP in its entirety, including instructions for submitting a proposal and the evaluation criteria the Government will use to make an award.
