Description

As published on SAM.gov with the combined synopsis and solicitation of July 30, 2026.

The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), Office of the Senior Procurement Executive (OSPE), on behalf of the Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA), has a need for Electrical Wiring and Conduit Replacement at the MSHA Approval and Certification Center (A&CC) Building 4 in Triadelphia, West Virginia, in accordance with this Request for Proposal (RFP).

This RFP will result in a single award.

The Period of Performance shall be Upon Receipt of Award to 45 Days After Award.

This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.

Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection procedures will be utilized.
