FY25-000473 FY25 - OSD Medical AED Warranty

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE Request for Quote Number: 15M10225QA4700402 The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source base firm fixed price contract for APC-FY25-000473 FY25 - OSD Medical AED Warranty. The period of performance for this effort will immediate delivery, and a period of warranty coverage for seven(7) years. The total estimated value is approximately $238,847 and is being awarded to AVIVE.

This sole source contracting action is pursuing a waiver from placing an order on a competitive basis pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(a)for the aforementioned requirement. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals.
