FY25 D07 REPLACEMENT OF DCSC BALLISTIC DOOR

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE Solicitation Number: 15M10225QA4700218 The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price contract for FY25 D07 REPLACEMENT OF DCSC BALLISTIC DOOR for United States Marshals Service (USMS), District of Columbia Superior Court. The period of performance for this effort will be a 1 year base period with ONE (1) 12-month option periods. The total estimated value is $15,873.90.

This sole source contracting action is pursuing a waiver from placing an order on a competitive basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-2 for the aforementioned requirement. This hereby constitutes a synopsis of the options included in this requirement. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals.
