Sole Source NOI - USMS Multiple Districts Axon Taser 10

The United States Marshals Service (USMS) intends to negotiate/award a sole-source contract to Axon Enterprise, 17800 North 85th Street, Scottdale, AZ, 85255, Cage Code:

1WHR1 and UEI: TBW7MGPYURM7, IAW FAR 6.302-1. The NAICS code is 332994. The United States Marshals Service (USMS) has multiple Districts/ Divisons requiring the services of a contractor that has the capability to provide Conducted Electrical Weapons (CEW) accessories, training, and lifecycle support for its Deputy U.S. Marshals. Axon Enterprise is the sole distributor and manufacturer of all TASER 10 products/accessories.

Market research revealed that this product is only available through the open market and Axon Enterprise is the only vendor capable of fulfilling this requirement due to them being the sole distributor and manufacturer. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. All interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement.

USMS will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government.
