Award Devices for FY2025

The Department of Justice (DOJ), Justice Management Division (JMD), intends to award a sole source purchase order to C Forbes, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1, for the production and delivery of specialty award devices. C Forbes, Inc. owns the approved die cast for these award devices and has been determined to be the only vender who can produce these particular awards that will ensure the consistency of the devices and meet the delivery time frame. This notice is not a Request for Quote (RFQ). A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
