**See Attachments for Full Solicitation** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Secure Parking Services (commercial items) prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Instructions to offerors and quote submission criteria are located in Section 7, Addendum to FAR 52.212-1- Instructions, Conditions and Notices to Offerors (Sept 2023) Quotes are due September 11, 2026 at 11:00 AM Eastern to the Contracting Officer via email at olina.rae@usdoj.gov.

For further information regarding this solicitation, contact: Olina Rae Contracting Officer Executive Office for United States Attorneys olina.rae@usdoj.gov 803-354-5363 The Department of Justice, United States Attorney’s Office (USAO) - Middle District of Florida (MDFL) has a requirement for forty (40) reserved parking spaces for USAO staff.

The Contractor shall provide forty (40) reserved parking spaces within a .2 mile radius of George C. Young Federal Building and Courthouse located at 400 W. Washington St, Orlando, FL 32801. The parking facility shall possess the following minimum features: - Spaces shall be located within a strict .2 mile radius of the address above. - Spaces shall be accessible at a minimum, from 6:00 a.m. through 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, (regardless of special events, etc.) - Spaces shall be secured by roving patrols, at a minimum.
