Fall Protection Inspection Serivces

A Site Visit is offered to all interested Vendor's, on Tuesday, July 1, 2025 at 12PM Eastern Time (ET). Site visit attendance is optional/recommended, but is not required. Please submit a site access request form (see attachments) for each indiviual requesting to attend to the CO by Thursday, June 26, 2025, 12PM ET. A limit of two (2) individuals per Contractor Company are permitted to attend site visit.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is requesting a firm-fixed price quotation in response to this Request for Quote (RFQ) in accordance with the instructions contained herein. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered by the agency.

This acquisition will utilize the policies of FAR Part 13 in conjunction with the solicitation, evaluation, and award procedures prescribed in FAR Part 13. The FBI intends to award a (5) year (1-Base Year, plus Four 1-Year Options), Firm-Fixed Price contract. This acquisition is a small business set-aside.
