FBI National Capital Region (NCR) Job Order Contract (JOC)

A. Project Title: Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) National Capital Region (NCR) Job Order Contract (JOC). B. This acquisition is a competitive local small business set-aside limited to businesses with an ACTIVE Top Secret facilities clearance and within a 50-mile radius of the J. Edgar Hoover (JEH) building located at 935 Pennsylvania Ave NW, Washington D.C. 20535. Interested offers must have an active Top Secret facilities clearance and an office within a 50 mile radius of JEH to be considered for award.

C. The Total Contract minimum guarantee is $50,000. D. The total amount of this contract is not-to-exceed a monetary amount of $24.5M or a total term of 5 years (as extended through the exercise of options), whichever is reached first. E. Please reference Section L, (Instructions, Conditions and Notices to Offerors) for proper preparation of the offer and to Section M, (Evaluation Factors for Award).

F. Proposals are due electronically to the FBI by April 5, 2024, 5:00pm EST. Hand carried proposals are not permitted at this facility. Early submissions are encouraged. The Government will begin validating proposals as they are received.
