Amendement 1- The purpose of this amendment is to post the question and answers. No additiional amendments has been made to this RFP.

Amendment 2- The purpose of amendment #2 is to make administrative changes the solicitation. Due to these administrative changes the submission deadline has been extended to April 26, 2024 at 12:00pm. The following changes have been made the solicitation; The term Adjectival Rating is hereby replaced with term Confidence Rating.

On page 97 in section M.2 section B the following sentence “The technical evaluation will result in adjectival ratings of Outstanding, Good, Acceptable, Marginal, and Unacceptable by factor and overall” Is hereby replaced with “The technical evaluation will result confidence ratings of High Confidence, Some Confidence and Low Confidence”. No additiional amendments has been made to this RFP.

The is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Clinical Services for the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) as described in the Statement of Work and pursuant with the terms and conditions attached. The government intends to award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with a five (5) year ordering period. This requirement is set aside for SMALL BUSINESSES only.
