The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the procurement, deployment, and support of Body?Worn Camera (BWC) systems for use across designated BOP facilities. This requirement includes hardware, software, licensing, training, installation support, and ongoing maintenance services necessary to ensure full operational capability of the BWC program.
The contractor shall provide a solution that meets FBOP technical, security, and performance standards, including secure video capture, retention, audit capability, and system scalability. The anticipated contract type is Firm?Fixed?Price with a base period and optional ordering periods. This acquisition is being competed under NAICS 334220, and the Government intends to evaluate proposals based on technical capability, past performance, and price.

Amendment 0001: Correct SOW and add Attachment J.3 Questions and Answers
Amendment 0002: Correct the SOW, Section C. 4.6 FedRAMP Compliance. Specifically, the FedRAMP authorization required is Class D, corresponding to the former High baseline.
Amendment 0003: Correct all references in the solicitation of the FedRAMP Certification to be a Class D (High).
Amendment 0004: Extend solicitiontion closing date/time to September 8, 2026 - 12:00 ET US/Eastern.
