Chiller Repairs - FMC BUTNER

The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) hereby issues solicitation 15BFA025B00000005 for the award of a firm-fixed-price construction contract for a project entitled Chiller Repairs at the Federal Medical Center (FMC Butner), located in Butner, North Carolina.

FMC Butner is a federal medical center located at Old N Carolina Hwy 75 Butner NC 27509. The work to be performed in association with this project includes the following scope: Chiller Repairs -See attached Statement of Work for complete description of work to be performed. Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204, the estimated magnitude of the project lies between $250,000 and $500,000.

(NOTE: This range is one of 8 available ranges from FAR 36.204 and is not meant to imply that the project has necessarily been estimated/budgeted to the maximum of the selected range. It merely conveys that the estimate/budget lies somewhere within that range). The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 238220 with a corresponding small business size standard of $19 Million. This solicitation is unrestricted.
