3/20/2024 - Amendment 0004 is issued to remove the language "This insurance shall include contractor's protective and liability" outlined on page 4 of 6 in RFP-15BFA023R00000017, Attachment 3: Special Contract Conditions, Comprehensive General Liability.

Addendum to Attachment 3: Special Contract Conditions is attached. OFFERS DUE DATE AND ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED. (SEE CONTINUATION SHEET PAGES 2-7). 3/07/2024 - Amendment 0003 is issued to extend the offer due date from March 08, 2024 to March 22, 2024 at 2:00 PM CST. 2/22/2024 - Amendment 0002 is issued to extend the offer due date from February 23, 2024 to March 08, 2024 at 2:00 PM CST.

2/13/2024 - Amendment 0001 is issued to extend the offer due date from February 16, 2024 to February 23, 2024 at 2:00 PM CST. The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office located in Grand Prairie, Texas intends to make a single award for the provision of Comprehensive Medical Services for the Federal Detention Center located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Offerors are encouraged to submit comprehensive proposals providing all listed outputs. Offerors who propose less will be evaluated accordingly.

Services to be provided include inpatient/outpatient facility and physician services, outpatient institution services and extended stay services. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/ requirements type contract with firm-fixed unit pricing. The contract shall consist of a Base Year and four 12 month option years for renewal. The estimated quantities for the Base Year and all Option Years are as follows:

Inpatient Days: 105 estimated days Outpatient Visits: 128 estimated visits Extended Stay: 190 estimated days Due to the volume of information, quantities of outpatient institution services will be provided in the solicitation document. The solicitation will be distributed solely through the official U.S. Government system for contract opportunities website at https://sam.gov/content/home. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions.
