Comprehensive Medical Services - Combined Synopsis/Solicitation - FMC Devens

AMENDEMENT 0001 ISSUED - Clause 52.222-90, Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors (APR 2026), is added. Closing date for receipt of proposals and permit submission of proposal revisions is extended. The date and time for receipt of proposals has changed to May 4, 2026, 2:00PM CT. All offerors may submit revised proposals or confirm previously submitted proposals with acknowledgement of Amendment 0001. Any revisions must be received by the revised closing date and time. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

CLARIFICATON: PROPOSAL DUE DATE IS 04/28/2026 AS OUTLINED IN THE SOLICATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 15BCMS26R00000015 is issued as a Request for proposal (RFP), for Comprehensive Medical Services. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns.

This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. (iv) Services rendered will be provided at FMC Devens, located in Ayer, Massachusetts. The date and times will be determined after award.
