FCC LOMPOC - Installation of Roofs

The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) anticipates issuance of solicitation 15B61724Q00000015 for the award of a firm-fixed-price construction contract for a project entitled Installation of Roofs at the Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Lompoc, located in Lompoc, CA. Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Lompoc is a federal owned facility located at 3901 Klein Blvd., Lompoc, CA.

The work to be performed in association with this project includes the following scope: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment for the Installation of Roofs at FCC Lompoc. The project includes installation of 8 existing roofs at the staff housing area. The Statement of Work/Specifications attachment included with the solicitation will provide complete requirements for the project.

Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204, the estimated magnitude of the project lies between 100,000 and $250,000.
