FY26 August Through September - Bread

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution Three Rivers, is issuing Request for Quotations No. 15B51626Q00000016 for fresh bread products. The solicitation is issued on August 4, 2026. Quotations are due no later than August 11, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Central Time. This acquisition is being conducted using the simplified procedures for commercial products under Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12, including RFO 12.201-1.

This acquisition is a 100 percent total small business set-aside under RFO 19.104-1. Quotations will only be considered from concerns that qualify as small businesses under the applicable NAICS code. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 311812, Commercial Bakeries, with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. The Product Service Code is 8920. The Government intends to issue a single firm-fixed-price purchase order for all contract line items.

Quoters must provide pricing for every contract line item to be considered for award. Prices must include delivery, fuel, freight, and all other costs. REQUIREMENT The contractor shall provide the following fresh bread products:

CLIN 0001: Fresh wheat hot dog rolls – 30,000 each CLIN 0002: Fresh whole-wheat hamburger rolls – 45,000 each CLIN 0003: Fresh sliced whole-wheat bread – 110,000 each All products must comply with the specifications contained in the attached solicitation. Fresh bread products must be delivered within 48 hours after baking. DELIVERY Deliveries shall be made weekly on Wednesdays between 7:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., beginning August 19, 2026, and continuing through September 30, 2026, to:

Federal Correctional Institution Three Rivers 1700 Highway 72 West Three Rivers, Texas 78071 Food Service will provide the initial delivery quantities at award and the quantity required for each subsequent weekly delivery no later than the preceding Wednesday. Weekly delivery quantities may vary; however, only the Contracting Officer may authorize a change to the total quantities awarded.
