1st QTR FY25 Halal/Kosher Items FCI Three Rivers

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Three Rivers, TX intends to issue solicitation 15B51624Q00000052, for the acquisition of Kosher CRC items and Halal items for delivery to the Federal Correctional Institution Three Rivers, Three Rivers, TX. The acquisition is unrestricted. Terms are FOB Destination with delivery REQUIRED on OCTOBER 1, 2024. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. If submitting a quote for CRC items, you must have your CRC certification attached to your quotes.

The Government reserves the right upon award to make a formal single award or multiple awards based on best value. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government. The evaluation factors are price, past performance, and technical with past performance far more important than price and technical. The solicitation will be made available on or about August 12, 2024 and will be posted to the sam.gov website.
