FCI Three Rivers Television Services and Equipment upgrade

The Federal Correctional Institution, Three Rivers (FCI) is conducting market research pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Part 10 for an upcoming requirement for Satellite Television services. This RFI is not a pre-solicitation nor a solicitation announcement. The FCI is requesting information for upgrading existing satellite television services. The locality for services will be in Three Rivers, Texas. Attached is the statement of work (SOW) for further details pertaining to this requirement.

This RFI is a means to identifying interested Federal Supply Contractors who may be capable of providing Satellite Television Services. The result of this notice will assist in the determination of the appropriate procurement methods. However, a determination by the Government not to compete this anticipated procurement action based on the responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. The FCI is requesting capability information as market research to solicit the anticipated requirement. Interested firms shall include all pertinent information detailing their ability to comply with the above mentioned requirement.
