The following information is being provided in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Subpart 15.503(b), Post Award Notices. FCI Three Rivers awarded quoted items to vendors that had a high past performance record, in accordance with FAR 13.106-2(4)(ii), regardless of the quotes with the lowest price as stated within the solicitation notice RFQ.
