Dear Quoter: The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Texarkana, Texas, intends to issue solicitation 15B51525Q00000005 for the requirement of 2nd Quarter FY2025 for Subsistence items. The NAICS code or this requirement is 311991. The contract type will be Firm-Fixed Price. The evaluation factors are Price and Past Performance. Price will be rated higher than Past Performance.
The Government will award to responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government. Failure to deliver within the established time frames will be considered as Non-Conformance under the contract terms and subject to termination. The solicitation will be made available on or about November 13, 2024, and will be posted to the General Services Opportunities website www.sam.gov.
All future information regarding this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. The date for receipt of quote(s) is November 29, 2024, at 3:00 P.M. Central Standard Time via e-mail to Tex-ProcurementProp-s@bop.gov. Each offeror is required per FAR 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications via www.sam.gov. All responsible vendors may submit a proposal which will be considered.
