Dear Quoter: The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Texarkana, Texas, intends to issue solicitation 15B51524Q00000018 for the requirement of Subsistence products for the 4th Quarter FY2024. The NAICS code or this requirement is 311991. Please pay close attention to the line item descriptions for deliveries and biding. It is imperative that items are delivered within the time frames specified in the solicitaion. The contract type will be Firm-Fixed Price.
The evaluation factors are Price and Past Performance. Price will be rated higher than Past Performance. The Government will award to responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government. Failure to deliver within the established time frames will be considered as Non-Conformance under the contract terms and subject to immediate cancellation.
