RE: Meats and Cheese - 3rd Qtr FY2024 - 15B51524Q000000011 Dear Quoter: The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Texarkana, Texas, intends to issue solicitation 15B51524Q00000011 for the requirement of 3rd Quarter FY2024 for Meats and Cheese items. The NAICS code or this requirement is 311991. The contract type will be Firm-Fixed Price. The evaluation factors are Price and Past Performance. Price will be rated higher than Past Performance.
The Government will award to responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government. Failure to deliver within the established time frames will be considered as Non-Conformance under the contract terms. The solicitation will be made available on or about February 15, 2024, and will be posted to the General Services Opportunities website www.sam.gov.
All future information regarding this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is March 1, 2024, at 3:00 P.M. Central Standard Time via e-mail to Tex-ProcurementProp-s@bop.gov.
