RE: Subsistence - 3rd Qtr FY2024 - 15B51524Q00000007 Dear Quoter: The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Texarkana, Texas, intends to issue solicitation 15B51524Q00000007 for the requirement of 3rd Quarter FY2024 for Subsistence items. The NAICS code for this requirement is 311991. The contract type will be Firm-Fixed Price. The evaluation factors are Price and Past Performance. Price will be rated higher than Past Performance.

The Government will award to responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government. Failure to deliver within the established time frames will be considered as Non-Conformance under the contract terms.
