The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Prison Camp (FPC) Bryan, located in Bryan, Texas, is issuing this solicitation for the requirements of QUARTERLY SUBSISTENCE – MISC. DRY GOODS ITEMS. Award(s) will be made to the responsible quoter(s) whose quote conforms to the solicitation and is determined to be most advantageous to the Government.

Best value will be determined by evaluating each quotation on one or more of the following factors: Price / Past Performance / Product Quality / Comparison with Other Offers / Administrative Cost The solicitation will be available on or about June 6, 2025, and will be posted on the General Services Administration’s SAM.gov website: www.SAM.gov Important: All future information, including amendments, will also be posted to this site.
