FY25 4TH QUARTER - BREAD REQUIREMENT - FPC BRYAN

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Prison Camp Bryan located in Bryan, Texas, is issuing this solicitation for the requirements of:

QUARTERLY SUBSISTENCE (BREAD ITEMS). This solicitation is UNRESTRICTED. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 31199. Deliveries will begin in July 2025 (exact dates shown within the solicitation). Deliveries will be made to the Federal Prison Camp, Texas located at 1100 Ursuline Avenue, Bryan, Texas 77803. Deliveries will be made on a weekly basis, place by the Food Service Staff base on the institution's need. The Government reserves the right to make single or multiple awards based on best value.

The Government will award to the responsible quoter(s) whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, is most advantageous to the Government based on best value. Best value will be determined by evaluating each quotation for one or more of the following:

price, past performance, quality, comparison with other offers, and administrative cost. The solicitation will be made available on or about today, June 6, 2025, and will be posted to the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website: www.beta.SAM.gov . All future information about this solicitation, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site.

Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to insure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is June 13, 2025, by 2:00 PM CST. However, this is a projected estimate and quoters should refer to Page 1 of the solicitation, block #8, for the actual date and time quotations are due. Completed quotes must be sent electronically to mmirabal@bop.gov. The anticipated award date is June 23, 2025. The only format in which questions will be answered is by e-mail (no phone calls please). Faith Based and Community Based Organizations have the right to submit quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
