The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Big Spring, Texas intends to make a single award to a responsible entity for the provision of one (1) 15 Ton, DX Split System with Hot Water Coil for Federal Correctional Institution (FCI), Big Spring, Texas, at 1900 Simler Ave, Big Spring, Texas, 79720. FCI Big Spring is looking to purchase one (1) 15 Ton, DX Split System with Hot Water Coil in accordance with the attached specification sheet. The items on the specification sheet must be brand name or equal. All proposed equipment must be submitted with full product detail sheets and specifications for review and approval by FBOP prior to award.
B. Equipment Specifications: 1. A/C UNIT 15 TON 208-230V 2CKT 3 STAGE 2. AHU 15.0 TON 208-230V 2CKT 3PH MS 3. ICP HAIL GUARD 4. HOT WATER COIL C. Delivery of Equipment 1.Construction related deliveries which are directly shipped to the institution can be received between the hours of 8:00 AM -2:30 PM, Monday -Friday, excluding federal holidays. D. Additional Details This Requirement is currently Unrestricted to business size.
Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The quote, signed by an individual authorized to bind the offer, must be submitted to the email address contained within solicitation posting 08:00 AM, Central Standard Time with a due date of Tuesday, February 11, 2025. The anticipated date of award will be determined. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available.
