FCI BIG SPRING - HVAC PACKAGE UNITS

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Big Spring, Texas intends to make a single award to a responsible entity for the provision of furnishing 4 HVAC Package Units for Federal Correctional Institution (FCI), Big Spring, Texas, at 1900 Simler Ave, Big Spring, Texas, 79720. FCI Big Spring is looking to purchase four (4), 10-ton HVAC Package Units, 208-230V 3 phase, with gas heat, replacing Carrier Model 48TFE012-501, in such a way that the new units will not require a roof curb adapter, for Multi Discipline Building 261, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work.

The items above must be brand name or equal. Award will be made by Friday, August 23, 2024. Effective date will be Monday, August 26, 2024. This Requirement is currently Unrestricted to business size. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.

The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 4.1102 requires all contractors seeking or currently doing business with the government to be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award; information can be obtained at https://www.sam.gov/.

The Government reserves the right to award item by item, or in groups of items, or in aggregate, whichever is most advantageous to the Government by responsive, responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance and what is most advantageous to the government.

The quote, signed by an individual authorized to bind the offer, must be submitted to the address contained within solicitation posting 10:00 am Central Standard time with a due date of August 22, 2024. The anticipated date of award is on or about August 23, 2024. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site.
