The Government intends to make a single award, pursuant to an affirmative determination of responsibility, whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, is determined to be in the best interest of the Government, considering price and past performance. The award will be processed via Government Purchase Order and paid thru applicable net terms.
Failure to deliver within the specified date range will result in awarding to the next lowest vendor. Delivery of requested number of items, without going over, is expected. Pallets must be turned in the direction that allows the pallet jacks to quickly unload.
If the truck is loaded with the pallets sideways, it hinders the operation and may be rejected. Receiving hours are 7:00am-1:30pm, Monday-Friday, except Federal Holidays, first come first serve. All potential quoters are advised that this solicitation includes the clause FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms – Commercial Items.
