Synopsis: The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCI Bastrop intends to solicit this action as 100% Small Business, (firm-fixed-price) to repair/furnish and install complete Triplex commercial water-softening system. The statutory authority for this 100% Small Business set aside solicitation directly to suppliers is the RFO
