The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex located in Terre Haute, Indiana, is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation for the requirements of:

QUARTERLY MILK FOR THE PERIOD OF JANUARY 1, 2024 TO MARCH 31,2025 . This solicitation has no set aside. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 112120. Deliveries Need to begin ON OR AROUND JANUARY 13, 2025. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Complex 4700 Bureau Road South, Terre Haute, Indiana 47802. The Government reserves the right to make a single, or multiple awards based on best value. The Government will award to the responsible quoter(s) whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, is most advantageous to the Government based on best value. Best value will be determined by evaluating each quotation for one or more of the following:

price, past performance, This IS an all or none quote; vendor must quote all items to be considered, quality, comparison with other offers, and administrative/shipping cost; with past performance that does not pose a risk to the government being the most important. Shipping costs should be included in pricing. Please input pricing that includes freight cost to our facility in your quotes.

Your company can submit its quote on form 15B41825Q00000010 ; The quote will be evaluated per FAR 13.106-2 and the government may then issue a purchase order (contract) that must be signed by both parties to complete contractual agreement. The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 4.1102 requires all contractors seeking or currently doing business with the government to be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award; information can be obtained at https://www.sam.gov/.

Payments will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or via Government Purchase Card for awards of $10,000.00 or less. The only format in which questions will be answered is by e-mail (no phone calls please).

Faith Based and Community Based Organizations have the right to submit quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. *This request for quote has been extended to January 3, 2025.
