FPC Yankton - FY24Q3 Food Service Requirement

Results of awarded bids are now published. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Prison Camp Yankton located in Yankton, South Dakota, is issuing this solicitation notice for the requirements of:

QUARTERLY SUBSISTENCE (GENERAL ITEMS). Please place your bids based on the specifications outlined in the RFQ. This solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code associated with this requirement is 311999. Deliveries will only be accepted AFTER the effective date notated on the signed SF1449, issued by the Contracting Officer. Deliveries must be completed by April 12, 2024. Deliveries will be made to the FPC YANKTON WAREHOUSE, 1016 DOUGLAS AVENUE.

Awards will be made with a purchase card when applicable. Awards that are greater than $10,000.00 will be issued via Standard Form 1449. A solicitation will be made available today, March 09,2024 on the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website: www.https://sam.gov. All future information about this solicitation, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site.

Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. Refer to the posted RFQ for due date regarding of quotes (page #1, block #8). The only format in which questions will be answered is by e-mail (no phone calls please). Faith Based and Community Based Organizations have the right to submit quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The effective award date will be April 01, 2024. Evaluation criteria will be outlined in the solicitation.
