FCI Waseca - College Credits and Testing Assistance for CNA Program

THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITAION SYNOPSIS OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION OR INVITATION FOR OFFERORS TO SUBMIT QUOTATIONS. THIS NOTICE WILL BE POSTED BY REQUEST FOR QUOTE. The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) anticipates issuance of solicitation 15B41524Q00000009 for the award of a firm fixed-price contract for the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Waseca. FCI Waseca is seeking a provider to assist in providing college credits to the Certified Nursing Assistant Program.

Further, FCI Waseca is seeking an authorized tester to provide the CNA test to participants. The provider would assist in aspects of the program such as curriculum, materials, and testing. FCI Waseca is a federal correctional facility located at 1000 Drive S.W., Waseca, Minnesota, 56048. The solicitation will be available approximately on or about August 22, 2024. The solicitation will be posted in Contract Opportunities on Sam.gov.

Faith-based and Community-based organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. The Government will award to the responsible offer whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance, technical specifications, and price considered.
