Inmate Release Bus Transportation FY 24

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution (FCI Pekin) intends to make a sole source award to Flix North America Inc. to fulfill an immediate need for inmate release bus transportation . This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-3(b)(3) - only one source was solicited and the acquisition does not exceed the simplified acquisition threshold. The NAICS code is 485999 This is a firm fixed price contract that shall cover FY 24 from 02/14/2024 to 09/30/2024.

Firms that believe they can meet FCI Pekin's needs for inmate release bus transportation for FY 24 may give written notification to the Contracting Officer by February 6, 2024 at 3:00 PM CST. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to meet the requirement and show how competition would be advantageous to the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.

If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with a sole source award to Flix Bus North America. Responses will be e-mailed to Gary M.
