THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. Solicitations are not available at this time. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP), Field Acquisition Office (FAO) is conducting market research for the Federal Prison Camp (FPC) Duluth located in Duluth, Minnesota.
In compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation, part 10. The FAO intends to make an award for the install and replacement of a Fuelmaster, FMU 2500 Plus, Prokee Master Unit with the following features - Windows Compatible Software w/ bothSQL Server and Access - USB Prokee Encoder - 1 Prokee - Generic Prox Card Reader, HID Proximity Card Reader. A Government solicitation document to provide these products is being developed and an order may or may not result.
The Government contemplates awarding a firm-fixed price award resulting from the future solicitation. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. All information concerning this requirement will be distributed solely through the SAM.GOV website at http://sam.gov/. The site provides downloading instructions.
Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The response date for the market survey is July 23, 2024. All responses to the Market Survey Questionnaire may be e-mailed to Charlie Dailey at cdailey@bop.gov. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. The web site for registration is www.sam.gov. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 237120 with an applicable small business standard of 45,000,000 dollars.
